"I am so scared to get feedback from the people, maybe I don't like to be judged" .When I read the article by Sabina Nawaz "Silence the critical voices in your head", I started to look at the feedback in different side - positive side. No need to panic, stay calm and try to improve all your weaknesses.
of course, a few words of encouragement can make your life more productive and you will feel self-confidence, which is especially important even in your study and workplace.
The author mentioned four steps:
- Look for the positive
- hear the positive
- dig in to understand the positive
- believe the positive
- You should try to listen to only the positive in your head, and lack of negative thinking's will help you to achieve many goals. I found this article immensely powerful and productive.
